- Pushed my design thinking and lifestyle to more sustainable thinking and reframing problems to find creative solutions
JK Rowling 
Imagination, how she creates an alternative world and how pain and emotion can produce meaningful work, that looks at society and reflects on some big topics in an imaginative way. 
  • Dream to reinvent our society works. 
  • Let my imagination wander. 
Elon Musk 
Passionate about saving the world but still making money at the same time. Solve problem through design, technology and engineering. 

  • How using my skills, can make money and solve problems. 
Sisi 
Has a passion for suitability. It great counsel to talk too about the big issue and things. 
- She makes me a question and opens to my eye to structures built in society and how we need to question everything. 
Lana delay Rey 
It’s ok to have emotion and it’s ok to be different and have a style to the one that is being dictated by main stream media. 
- That my design work can stem from emotions, it's ok to be different and my self.
Thomas Burberry 
How he innovated in an area that he knew well. He created material that replied water and this allowed to have a positive impact on people lives. Also the quote ‘ Your father can imagine a whole world in his head’. 
  • That it’s ok to imagine a whole new world inside my head. 
  • To focus on one thing and then grow. 
Hermione Granger 
Knowing it’s ok to be the nerdy girl that works hard. You don’t have to rely on looks you can work on your brain and it doesn’t matter that ever one teased her. 
  • Working hard is a cool thing 
Taylor Swift 
Following your dream, working hard and keep trying over and over again.
- That you can to be resilient to get your dream. About 99.9% of people don’t care about what you can do unless they can gain something out of it normal 
Harry Selfridges 
Thinking differently. I loved how he challenges society with his thinking and how he used a combination of his skills and areas of learning to create a business. 
  • That it's great to think differently 
  • Challenge society with your ideas, but first really do your research and understand what there needs and wants before they even do. 
  • To learn, learn, learn and combined skill set. 
  • To have a big idea and start at the bottom. 
Angela Ahrendts
How she allows empathy to drive business choices. That she wants her work to build up human connection 
  • To be an empathic leader 
  • That you can take a public sector and work on big issues and carry out the structures faster than a public sector could. 
  • To listen to people 
  • To use technology to solve problems or to give an experience that builds human connection. 
Michelle Obama 
The centre of her life is family, even though she is a hard working woman. She came from a working-class background and worked hard. She does want she wants, for example planting a veg patch in the white house. She has a huge amount of empathy and can connect to people. She works on a cause for the greater good but in a way that can be carried out. 
  • To work hard and stay true to who you are and what your core beliefs and values are. 
  • To have empathy 
  • To be a great lister
  • To follow up and keep maintaining relationships
  • Little things can make a big difference. 
  • How private structures can carry change faster than the public. 
Jeffree Star 
You have worked to get your dreams. He is resilient. He is unafraid to be completely him self. and a great quote from him ‘You have the same 24hr that everyone else has. Work!’. He was at the bottom and worked his way to the top. 
  • To work hard, everyone has the same amount of time.

  • To be myself and not what other people want me to be. 
Jay Shetty 
Really question life, what is the value of happiness and how can people change their thinking develop positive energy. 
  • Really think about where I am to be in life, how I want people to remember me. 
  • Really try to understand other people. 
  • To live by more core values.
