Intro:
In June 2018, I headed out to Morocco with my Aunty Lizzy and my sister. My aunt took us away to treat us for my graduation and my sister's 18th Birthday present. We stayed in Marrakech for two days then the Atlas Mountains for another two days. This blog post shows some of the photos

I am available for freelance illustration work. My illustrations are commercial and can work in many different contexts such as I can turn my illustrations into products to sell like greeting cards, art prints etc... To make the illustration work into branding too magazine. There are many possibilities that I would love to talk about how we could work together in more detail. my email is lilimxprice@gmail.com

I am also available for custom illustration of special places and moments. I have drawn freelance work of people houses, special places that mean a lot etc.... There are many possibilities that I would love to talk about how we could work together in more detail. my email is lilimxprice@gmail.com

Top tips for Instagram Hashtags and Tagging for Fashion, Travel & Design Posts to get your posts featured and seen to build an authentic audience

Intro:
Hashtags on Instagram are really important as they can get your photos seen by a larger amount of people. It is important that you pick the best 30 hashtags for your photos. The aim with the hashtags is to get you up into the featured sections where you will have maximum visibility.  This could increase your followers and then hopefully you can work on building a loyal audience. Tagging can also be really good to increase your visibility on your photos and I find this is where I get most of my new followers. The key is through for this to work is to have excellent photos, as this will get the attention. A blog post will be coming soon on how to take amazing Instagram Photos & Stories and editing them both.

Please let me know how your Instagram posts go and if any of the advice that I give is useful.

My Instagram Account (@liliprice)

Tips for Instagram Hashtags and Tagging:

1. Have amazing photos - As mentioned blog post will be put up soon on how I shoot and edit my Instagram photos.

2. Hashtags can annoy your followers - My tip is to always hide them in the caption. This is how I set my captions out to do this:
    1. Tiny description - This builds an authentic connection with followers.
    2.  Question - This is to engage your audience, the more comments you can reply too the more the audience will get to know you. Also, your posts will be seen as high engagement by Instagram and will push it higher for followers to see.
    3. Emoji - To add some fun
    4. Lines ( ----------) - A lot of lines to break up the caption and hashtag
    5. Add your carefully selected hashtags - Below will give you hashtags that I have found the most successful for a small account.
Look below for an example of my Instagram Post to demonstrate this formal for the caption to hide.

The template you can copy and fill in for your posts:

" Description: Question: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hashtags: #Photography, #liliprice "

3. Be Selected with the tags you use - Only use relevant ones, you're trying to connect with people with similar interests.

4. Tag accounts - Only tag sharing relevant accounts. This can increase your chances of being featured on big accounts.

5. Don't delete - I wouldn't delete hashtags, there always a chance someone can come across your photos. However, if you want to delete hashtags do it about 5 days to 7 days after your post.

6. Upload your photos at about 7pm - This is when I find that my followers are most active.

7. Don't forget to tag your locations - This can also give you a chance to get into the top featured spot for that location.

8. Make sure your caption is uploaded at the time of your photo!  - Hashtags are time sensitive and they have to be immediately there once your photo is uploaded. If not your photo will be pushed further down the feed and then you won't have an increased chance of having your photo seen.

Step by step break down on how to post your Instagram photo
1. Chose and upload your photo

2.
Copy and paste and fill in your caption - " Description: Question: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hashtags: #Photography, #liliprice "

3. Copy and paste the hashtags from below and paste them after hashtags in the template.

5. Upload photo with full caption.

6. Tag location - Do this immediately after posting the photo

7. Tag your photos to featured accounts - Follow the featured accounts and tag them when you upload your photos.

8. Community - Instagram is a communicated it only works if you are engaging with other people. So make sure you go through the hashtag lists as well and tell people when you like their photos and give likes out. The more engagment you have with other means they might be interested in your content and you might build a friendship.

9. Answer your comments - It's lovely someone has taken the time to comment on your photo so make sure you show them your appreciation have a conversation. It also means that your post has a high engagement rate so will be pushed to the top of the feed.

10. Have fun! -  Don't take it seriously and make Instagram human by interacting with people and building connection with them.
